These terms apply when you use Flow Macro (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What the app does

Flow Macro lets you build flows that wait for text, screen elements, pictures or notifications and then tap, swipe or type on your phone for you. It works through Android’s accessibility service, which you turn on and off yourself. Flows run only on your device and only as you set them up.

2. Accessibility service and automation

• The app uses Android’s accessibility service only to run flows that you create. A flow acts only when you start it with ▶, turn it on, or schedule it; the app never decides by itself what to tap, type or open.
• Before you turn the service on, the app explains what it reads and does and asks for your consent. You can turn it off at any time in Settings › Accessibility. How the service handles information is described in section 1 of the Privacy Policy.
• You must not use the app to get around other apps’ security measures, to control someone else’s device without their knowledge, or to act for another person without their permission.

3. Your responsibility

• You decide which apps and services you automate and how. Check the terms of each app or service you use the app with. Some services do not allow automation, and using it there may lead to restrictions on your account.
• You are responsible for how you use the app and for any result of the actions your flows perform, including taps, typed text and messages sent.
• Do not use the app to break laws or other people’s rights, to gain unfair advantage in ways a service forbids (for example ticket scalping where it is illegal), to send spam, or to access accounts or data you are not allowed to access.

4. Free use and Pro

• The free version has a daily limit on automatic runs, a time limit on runs started with ▶, and shows ads.
• Pro removes these limits and ads. It is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Purchases are made through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. You can request one through Google Play.
• We may change prices or what Pro includes. Changes to a subscription price take effect only as Google Play allows and notifies you.

5. The app is provided “as is”

• Automation depends on other apps’ screens, which can change at any time. We do not guarantee that a flow will always find what it waits for, tap at the right moment, or work with every app or device.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as missed orders, bookings or coupons, actions taken by your flows, or restrictions placed on your accounts by other services — arising from your use of the app.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be limited by contract.

6. Your data

How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and server backup at any time in Settings › Delete account.

7. Changes and ending use

• We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
• You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Cancel any subscription in Google Play separately.
